5. Cookies, Analytics & Tracking
Our website uses the following tracking technologies:

- Meta Pixel: tracks conversions from Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ads and enables retargeting. The pixel collects data about pages viewed and actions taken. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Essential cookies: required for website functionality (e.g. form submissions).
- Advertising cookies: used to serve relevant ads to visitors who have previously interacted with our site (retargeting).
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or by visiting our cookie banner on first load. To opt out of Google Analytics completely, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. To control Meta ads, adjust your ad preferences at Facebook Ad Settings.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law:
- Enquiry and quote records: retained for 2 years from the date of last contact, unless a service is performed.
- Customer job records: retained for 7 years to meet tax, insurance, and record-keeping obligations under state wildlife legislation.
- Analytics and tracking data: retained in aggregated form for up to 26 months (Google Analytics default).
- Direct marketing opt-out records: retained indefinitely to ensure we respect your preference.
When information is no longer required, we destroy or de-identify it securely.

- SSL/TLS encryption on all web traffic;
- secure servers and access controls;
